Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process started with an analyst reaching me letting me know that I had a first-round interview. Interview questions were mostly technicals or interest in investment banking. A few on personality or behavioral questions. Questions like "What is an investment bank", "Why investment banking". Some more questions that were more technical focused on how the three financial statements flow into each other and how would you value a company differently in one industry versus another.
