Interview
It’s a video interview- starts out as behavioral and ends with a quick case scenario. They really push you to ask questions in the end- after I was done asking there was an awkward phase where they wouldn’t hand up and force me to ask more (kind of informal)
Interview Questions
while the interview itself was not very difficult, the case took me by surprise- I did know knownthere would be one. The content and questions regarding the case were quite simple and doable if one has taken a corporate finance class or two-but most importantly If you didn’t know something, it was totally okay to ask and they would actually help you. They were just looking to see how you think! The most difficult question was coming up with a unique answer for my least favorite experience at a Walmart store and why.

Interview Questions
Question about why I left my old Job.
Question about one time I disagreed with my manager.
Question about one time I felt I was right but everyone was wrong.

For questions like these. For this question, you want to make sure your answer will not impact your ability to work at the firm . State something like:

I am a workaholic and I neglect my friends and family
When I get caught up in my work I don’t take enough time for myself.

So make sure not to impair your ability to get the job but at the same time they still need to answer the question and not bs it.

Interview
The interview process for Wal-Mart was only a 1 round behavioral interview. It was a pretty generic format where they asked several questions about when you had certain experiences such as "Talk about a time when you worked with someone that wasn't compatible with you and how you resolved the issue". Overall, it was a pretty easy interview.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question I received in this interview was "Why should I hire you?" because I've never received this question before and wasn't very prepared for it.
