Interview
Applied by sending an email to their hr desk, they got back to me by the end of the day asking to set an interview soon. Process consisted of 2 rounds of interviews the first was with an associate was mostly fit lasted 40 min. The second round was with 2 vice presidents, lasted 2 hours, after the first traditional IB questions the level got higher I had to do a cash flow sharing my screen on excel and after that had to comment on the conclusions I could take from the numbers that came up on the health of the company in question.
Interview Questions
The reasoning part after I filled the cash flow statement, one of the questions was "if you were a creditor and one of your companies was in this situation what would you do knowing they should file for bankruptcy soon?"

Background Check
Interview
Experienced Hire Route. Process was as follows (roughly 2 weeks between steps):
- Phone screen with HR, typical Behavioral questions (tell me a time when...)
- Virtual Interview with MD. Mostly behavioral as well but dug in deep on my background. What types of projects I worked on. Professional network and if I could potentially call on connections to sell work.
- Virtual interview (2 in one day) about 45 minutes each with a ton of "Tell me a time you dealt with ambiguity" etc.
- Case Interview (30 mins)
- Request for professional referrals (2-3). Called within a week and extended an offer.
Interview Questions
Nothing unexpected, but they drill down to a really granular level on each question they ask. What specifically did you do? Why did you do it that way? What did you learn? Would you do anything differently? etc.
