The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We talked over the phone briefly, and did a 45 min face-to-face interview. He called my reference, and submitted me for the position.

After one week, I heard back from the recruiter. They decided to bring me for interview. I met with 3 people for 1 hour, including one analyst, one manager, and one VP of Treasury. The interview was more behavioral than technical. The analyst and the manager took turns to ask questions, but the VP was the key decision maker.

One week after the interview, the recuiter contacted me and told me they decided to pass on me.
Interview Questions
Do you have experience with Treasury work stations? Do you use VBA, Bloomberg,
Factset at work?

My Answer: I don't have experience with Treasury work stations. But I do use systems like CashPro for cash pool management, and I do the forecast of cash positions using excel models. I think these cover the primary functions of TWS. And I'm willing to learn TWS if given the opportunity to join this team.
