Vice President (Post-MBA)

This was for full-time post-MBA Vice President role in Los Angeles. Process consisted of:
- Resume submission via business school campus job listing website
- Recruiting team reached out to me directly to let me know that Ares is hiring for full time VP roles and asked me to submit my resume
- I was notified of first round interviews to be held in New York the following week
- First round consisted of two back-to-back interviews
o First one was called the technical – a LA office VP asked me about a deal I had done
o Second one was behavioral – COO of PE group asked me about my motivations for doing PE, why LA, why Ares
- Superday was held in Los Angeles office the following week and consisted of case study plus 5 in person interviews
