Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First a phone screen interview, then 2 in-person interviews at the firm's offices. Lasted about 1.5 months. The in-person interviews lasted a total of about 4 hours. I interviewed with multiple people both times. Questions were mostly behavioral and it felt like a conversation.
