Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Since it was an employee referral program, finalized my resume and cover letter and applied through the online application, however, a link was given to me by HR so not sure if this position was truly publicized or not?
2. Once that part was done, took about a week or so to receive dates for my phone interviews.
3. Had 2 30 minute phone interivews. Basic questions such as "walk me through your resume", "tell us about yourself", "why Barclays", etc.
4. If the interviewers liked you, they will send positive marks back to HR and then you should receive details for the Superday.
5. Superday consisted of 3 30 minute sessions with Senior bankers. Some of the interviews were strictly technical while others were more fit related.
6. If all went well, should receive offer within 24-48 hours.
