Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a simple phone screener, which centered on traditional behavioral questions. The exception was one brief question to discuss my previous financial modeling experience and to discuss it in detail from a non-technical perspective. The second round was in person and involved speaking and discussing with individuals from the team. The questions were a bit more technical, but that was to be expected and it was hinted during the phone screener.
