Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with an online assessment, which seems to be based an SHL test. Consists of a cognitive ability test and a personality/fit test. Then that is followed by a 5 question Hirevue which focused on non-technical situations. After this there is a 2-3 hour assessment centre consisting of a case study interview and a fit interview.
