Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After several months of networking/ocr and talking to about half of the recruitment team from director to analyst level, I was invited straight to superday (which apparently is common practice for my school, which is a target). Superday consisted of three interviews with people at the director/MD level who asked mainly behaviorals pertaining to resume items, why Barclays, etc.
