Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and then did the first round SJT. Unlike Barclays UK, there is no second round of video interviews and was straight to 2 rounds of phone interviews with analysts. Asked behavioral and tech questions. Went to director interview and finally superday. Notable question is that they test your Chinese speaking skills, so be prepared to answer at least one question in chinese.
