Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Submitted my application online through my school's handshake account and had already done prior networking with the alumni recruiting team. Heard back about an in person interview that was to be held on campus a few weeks later.. Met with an associate for that; it was mostly behavioral and questions about my resume.

Radio silence for a bit after that and then got a super day invite a couple weeks later. Superday was 3 interviews with MD's from random groups in 30 minute blocks. Pretty average superdays, was asked the usual M&I 400 technicals and some boilerplate markets questions to gauge my thought process and current event knowledge.

Got an informal call from an alumni telling me to expect good news a few hours after the superday and was then called by HR the following week with the official offer. Overall a great experience.
