Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I applied via the Barclays Boot Camp and it was structured as such:

If your resume gets selected:
1 Phone interview (first rounds usually done by alumni analyst)

if you pass the phone interview you are invited to attend the Boot Camp which is a 2 and a half day event at Barclays, with the last day (Friday) being a superday. On the superday you go through 3 interviews with VPs and above (+1 more interview if you applied for the Scholarship program). In my experience, MD/Directors tend to be more behavioral whereas VPs tend to be much more technical.
