Had HR screening phone call (salary expectations, reasons for applying, when can you start, etc.). Then two rounds of interviews. 1st round: 2x AVP's interviewing, technical questions (on credit risk, Basel 3), and competency based on Barclays values. 2nd round: VP & AVP interviewing, competency questions (see interviewing framework on Barclays website) on business skills and control environment, technical questions (on credit risk, Basel 3 and Excel)
