Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied with CV (no cover letter) then completed in Tests 1 & 2 - first one was v. simple, just some easy maths and then personality questions, then business meeting 2 involved some mixed writing and video responses (i.e. a colleague had sent in something, I had to check for mistakes; there were many, and then I had to respond to our boss who was annoyed - I didn't throw him under the bus I just said we'd get it sorted ASAP which seemed to work for me. Then there was a "Business Meeting", which was a case study to an imaginary client, played by a member of the team, and then just a full on interview with a mix of behavioural and some maths questions.
