Securitized Products Trader (1st year)

1) Phone Interview - pretty standard - why Barclays, why securitized products
2) Superday - almost entirely fit, no technicals surprisingly. They basically just kept asking me about my resume and experience in my summer internship. A lot of questions about my trading on my personal account.
3) Investment report (given <24 hours to write up a 4 page investment report - bull case, bear case - on General Electric)
4) 1-on-1 with head of division

Got rejected after the 4th round. Asked for feedback, they couldn't provide any. I was disappointed about the result, but everyone seemed like nice people and I would have been happy to work there.
