Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through their sophomore springboard program. Had a first round with no technicals and then moved on to the second round held in New York. The first day of the program was all informational and the second day was the super day. The super day consisted of 3 , 30 minute interviews, all with higher-ups (no analysts). The first interview was the most technical but more tricky than anything. The second interviewer was quite rude and actually insulted me. However he also did this to other candidates so I tried not to take it personally. The third interviewer was the chillest and only asked about the 3 financial statements. I ultimately did not recieve an offer.
