Applied online and received a phone call for a phone interview later that day. Had the phone interview which was quite pleasant with your basic why do you want to work here questions. After than I heard back two days later to schedule a 1-on-1 with the team leader. Questions were mostly about why this particular group and position, and going deeper into that based on my answers.
