"How do you see the future of asset management evolving, and where does BlackRock fit into that?" – This required not just knowledge of the firm, but a broader understanding of trends in the industry, like ESG investing, technology, and regulatory changes.
"Describe a time you worked on a team where someone wasn’t pulling their weight. How did you handle it?" – This behavioral question was tough because it needed a specific example and demonstrated how I navigate challenging team dynamics.
