First was contacted by email, requesting to complete an online assessment. Multiple tests were completed online (reasoning, maths, etc). After that was contacted again by email to coordinate a telephone call. I was asked about the company´s products and different behavioural/scenario-based questions. After that, I got an invitation to go to London for another interview. At the time, I was interviewing for another company that made me an offer. So I had to decline.

Interview
1st round is a personality/IQ test on Plum to get a sense of your personality. 2nd round is a web interview, sort of like hirevue where you answer 5 basic behavioral questions, and your answers are recorded, you're not allowed to re try any answers. Then there's a superday, consists of a q&a with analysts, 30 min multiple choice coding test, mainly coding fundamentals and a few specific SQL questions. There's a 20 minute re-engineering section where you optimize workflows, very simple sort of like consulting but with tech, and then a video interview with a team leader. If you pass superday there's a final 30 min behavioral video interview with the team leader of the team you are to be assigned to.
Interview Questions
None stood out too much, the re-engineering session was a bit of a surprise in terms of the type of questions asked but it's not too bad.

Interview
The interview process was fair. Started with a prerecorded video interview that was fairly behavioral and was just to get a sense of your understanding of the role. Phone interview was with a recruiter and questions were about my understanding of the role, something im following in the news and tell me about yourself. Super day started of with a recruiter introducing us to Bloomberg, the role, then a group activity reviewing an article and giving a short presentation on the article. Last was an hour long interview with a leader from sales and leader from analytics. A lot of situational questions but the usual behavioral questions were there as well as tell me about yourself and why bloomberg.
