Associate

I uploaded my resume to their database and almost immediately received a call from the recruiter before even applying to a specific job. The recruiter was very supportive and even connected me with an associate in my area to go through a mock interview before meeting the team. The interview process itself was a straightforward case method interview - I met with two senior associates and two partners. The partners both asked business case type questions and the senior associates asked more brain teaser or statistics challenge type questions. I was fine with the former, but weak with the latter. My advice to others facing case interviews it to do several mock interviews with many various types of questions before the real thing.
