The first round of interviews is 2 45-minute interviews. About 10 minutes of behavioral questions and then a case question. My first case question gave me a chance to show my critical thinking and some mild quantitative skills. The second question, however, was insane. Easily more difficult than anything I had seen in Case In Point. It was all quantitative, and at two separate points in the case, you needed to derive your own equation. Granted these weren't differential equations or anything, but on the spot, coupled with the sheer number of calculations, I found it excessively difficult.
