Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After initial phone screening with the HR, I was invited take a test in BCG Office. After I past the test I got an invite for the 1st Interview.
Two consultants interviewed me with 30 minutes for behavioral questions and 30 minutes for the case each. After the case I had 5 minutes to ask questions.
Within a week I received the decision.
