Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pre screen was personality/IQ test. First round was group interview with 15 people to debate an "ethical question." Second round was similar. Third round was "walk me through your entire life" one on one interview. Followed by more one on one interviews with both "ethical questions" and "walk me through your entire life" questions. Final meeting was with more senior folks. This all happened within one Saturday super day on campus.
