Applied on Careers page online and received a video interview link a few days after. The program was Montage if I remember correctly. 10 behavioral and why finance/IM questions, but you could take as many redo's as you wanted unlike HireView. Received an email 3 or 4 weeks later about flying to NY the week of Thanksgiving... told them okay here's my availability I can do it. Didn't hear back for about a month when they informed me that they had a hiccup in their recruiting process and would like to conduct a remote interview instead. 1 hour total, 2 30-minute interviews. First with 2 VP's from different IM groups and then a 1 on 1 with a VP from a different group. Received a call the week before Christmas saying I got the offer. It's worth noting that they informed us that there was no guarantee of a return offer and the prior year's offer rate was 40%. Both started with walking through my resume, followed by questions about specific experiences or bullet points. They then talked about the firm a little. Incredibly conversational and not stressful at all
Interview Questions
One question about a specific bullet for my freshman summer internship that I had thought about in a while, but was able to walk through

Interview
I applied for the position and was contacted by an HR rep the next day. From there I had a phone screen, then 2 phone interviews with 2 people in each one which lasted about 90 minutes all together, then an on-site interview. The on-site consisted of 6 groups of 2 at about 40 minutes a piece. Received offer a week after the on-site interviews. No technical questions ever asked as the position was for a client service type of role.
Interview Questions
All questions were essentially "tell me about yourself" or pointing out things on my resume. I got the standard "why do you want to work here" type of questions but nothing too probing. The only thing that caught me a little off-guard were 1.) asking for examples of my work ethic and 2.) frequent questions regarding how likely it is that I will move away (wasn't living in Philly at the time). I was also asked what challenges I foresee in the position coming from a background that is a little different from the interviewing position.

Interview
Slow process that starts with HR screening interviews that are behavioral. Next round is video or in person interviews with team members. Last round is final screening with MDs and Office heads.
Interview Questions
The vast majority of the questions are behavioral questions. There were very few technical ones. The few that stuck out were targeted ones that either tested your research into the firm or challenged your perspective and required you to defend your position on certain things such as the market or your major.

Tell me about our investment philosophy?
What is the most important thing happening in the market currently? Why do you find this important?
Why did you choose "x major" and how is that going to help you in finance and at BBH.

Interviewed with two individuals within their treasury team. Even though I am an experienced analyst, they were putting me through an analyst program, which I thought was weird. Overall, the interview was completely behavioral. They main questions that they asked which they prepared for, was do you deal with ambiguity. What specific aspects of the treasury analyst role do you like?
Interview Questions
Do you deal with ambiguity? What specific aspects of the treasury analyst role do you like? Why are you looking for an external role from your current job? Walk me through your resume. Make sure you know your resume inside and out. They like to ask details on your past experience even if it is irrelevant for the job. They might ask if you are comfortable with working hours from a different time zone (London, Hong Kong, etc). Try and impress them with liquidity risk ratios, Leverage Capital Ratios, etc.

Interview
I received an employee referral for a summer internship position. I was put into contact with a senior VP by the HR dept. We had a Skype interview. The interview was very conversational, all fit questions, no technicals. HR then informed me that I was to interview with the MD of the group 2 weeks later. Again, the interview was very informal. Lots of fit questions. "What do you know what BBH? "Why finance? " HR called me a week later and said all the internship positions were filled but both people I interviewed said I should try again next summer.
