Interview
The process started with a general phone screen interview that consisted mostly of behavioral and a couple of basic technical questions. From there I was sent a case study to complete over the week. Finally, a follow-up for an associate to go over my case and why I made certain assumptions, and a general overall presentation review.
Interview Questions
The case requires a lot of data on precedent transactions and comparable companies. Given that I did have access to CapIQ or Pitchbook this section was somewhat difficult to find valid numbers.

Basic technicals were asked, but more behavioral question and fit. Really wanted to gauge if you had the aptitude to do the job. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Senior staff has an open door policy, and the close relationship allows you to learn a lot given the laid back culture.
