Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Mostly behavioral, fit, and project management experience. CBIZ owns multiple CPA firms so experiences may vary. Each firm has their own app process and they are not shared across. Overall process was easy. It had a very brief test using Excel and some personality test at the end. Phone screen first, then one day in person interview with two senior managers. I heard back within a week.
