Interview
I was initially contacted through my tech school's job fair, where I spoke to an HR representative and they suggested I interview. The first round was largely technical/skill and background knowledge based, where I was asked to work through a case similar to those they cover as a firm. The interviewer was nice and the firm is cool but I did not move to the next round.

Two rounds of interviews. First round had two interviews and second had four. Each interview was the same basic behavioral questions and an econ consulting case. Behavioral was: why econ consulting, why Cornerstone? Cases consisted of quick questions from interviewers about subjects like regression and statistical analysis. No extended answers really, mostly short and very interviewer led. Not much math.

First round included two 1:1s with 40 mins of casing and ~10-15 minutes of behavioral questions. No big curveballs. Got the email about scheduling superday a week later. Superday included four 1:1s, each with a case of varying amounts of detail. Generally it seemed like the higher up the staff member interviewing, the more conceptual the case. Like the first one, each interview included a behavioral portion. Three of the cases were of a normal difficulty, and one required some decently specialized finance knowledge or really quick thinking. There was also a 2:1 "employee chat" that was pretty relaxed. Process was remote for 2022 summer analyst candidates
Interview Questions
There was a case on futures markets that was pretty tough. Everything else was classic econ consulting interview stuff
