Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online as is the norm for European recruitment. Contacted within 2 weeks to arrange first round phone interview. Phone interview included primarily motivational questions. Second and final round was at office and attended by two senior consultants. Questions ranged from why Deloitte to other basic case study questions but nothing difficult.
