Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with Associate, sent application directly. Smooth process, first round interview with Associate and Manager and was all typical IB type questions. Behavioral, fit and technical. Group was mining industry specific, so they did ask basic and high level modeling questions specific to the mining industry but nothing too crazy.
Second round was easier, just basically all fit questions but this time included the Director with mostly the Director asking all the questions. Mostly wanted to know what I was like as a person and career goals. It's a small team so fit was very important.
