Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Company is extremely disorganized. They reach out to individuals for first round interviews through their analysts rather than an HR department. These overworked analysts in turn often butcher the recruiting process completely, not responding to emails, not being timley on interview calls, etc. The "final dinner" was also an embarrassment to everyone involved. Hard pass.
