Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview/hiring process involved firstly and online application. Questions asked for why I was interested in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and why EY specifically.
After the online application, I received automatic email to do a personality test. The test was untimed and involved scenario questions. Shortly after, I received online testing via CEB which was slightly challenging.
Finally, I was asked to attend an Assessment Center Day that involved a group case study + presentation, followed by a 1 on 1 interview.
