Interview Questions
I was asked if I had done any research into something not related to finance.
I was also asked what is most difficult about working in a team vs working individually.
I was asked what negative thing others who have worked with me might say about me.
I was asked about value investing and whether or not I believed in the concept.
I also had a pitch a stock on the spot. They expected it in full detail including multiples/competitors/future developments etc.
i was also asked to explain my roles in student funds.

I applied online and was asked to fill out a section on personal details including all grades from 16 and up - I then uploaded my CV and cover letter and passed initial screening so was invited to take part in an assessment - this was part situational and part numerical - then i got invited to a hirevue where i was asked mostly competency questions with about 30 seconds to prep for one minute answ3ers

Each of these had 30 seconds of preparation time for one minute answers - you only had one opportunity to record yourself for each question - there was a practice question that i think was there for you to get a feel for the style of the interview and double check for any technical difficulties
