Junior Trader

I first met flow traders through the college university fair. After that, I applied online and got my resume selected for the behavioral interview. It consisted of a 10 min mental math test (not that difficult). After the test, there was a 1-on-1 interview with the recruiter which lasted for about 45 mins. Basic fit questions were asked. After that, the next round was another aptitude test. Sequences were extremely tough to crack to prepare hard for it. Did not make it past that round.
