Sales and Global Markets Intern

I got an interview through my current internship. I went straight to their Super Day interview, most have to go through two previous interviews. I believe it starts with a Behavioral interview, a technical interview, and then SuperDay. Super Day was on Zoom. There was about 16 of us interviewing and we all had to go through 3 20min interviews with different people each time. The first person was so kind and conversational, asked me about the markets lightly. The second guy was very very very technical and asked me the most specific questions ever about the markets, he was also fact checking me on his computer, very intense. I was very chill, even when I owned up to not knowing the answers to the questions he asked. He was short ended and did not really want to get to know me personally, but I think they just needed one person like that. The third guy was asking me situational questions, it was easy but I could tell he was throughout analyzing everything I said, cool guy. Overall, be prepared for a lot of follow up questions to everything you say, know what you're talking about. And when you don't know what you're talking about, be chill, own it, and let them know what you DO know instead.
