Interview
I networked extensively and had an analyst refer my resume to HR in November. Around April, I received a fast-track invitation for a SD. This invitation is very selective and consisted of 2 Superday groups with around 15 to 20 people total. The SD itself consisted of 3 rounds with the first being an associate, the second involving two analysts, and the last involving a VP. The interviews were behavorial and resume focused but also delved into general technicals and included a couple of Acc-DIl questions and deals-based questions based on the industry I was interested in. Prior to the SD, you will have to select which industry group you prefer the most. I advise you to be neutral.
