Very straightforward interview process. First round consisted of two phone interviews, and then final round was six back-to-back interviews in the New York Office. All the questions were pretty expected, with a heavy focus on GCA's industry and why GCA. Only question that caught me off guard was one regarding the future of interest rates and their affect on the global economy.
