Applied on line for the investment research position. Then received an email about first round two weeks later. Had a first round interview with one analyst and one senior associate. Questions centered around my resume, such as tell me about your last two internship experiences, what is one thing you really like the internship, and one thing you didn't like, tell me one thing that is not on your resume, why us, why investment consulting.
