Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I did on-campus recruiting and dropped by resume by the submission deadline. I received a reply 2-3 weeks afterward asking for a phone interview. I did a phone interview with a recruiter and then a person who started working at Hall Capitals. They were not overly enthusiastic nor where they stoic. It was a very professional interview.
