Interview
First round was virtual, two junior bankers asking the standard behavioral and technical questions. Also included a brief case-like section to test your ability to analyze a business/product. Second round was in-person super day consisting of four rounds with one or two interviewers of all seniority. Nearly identical to first round regarding questions asked, nothing catching me off guard. Overall, felt pretty comfortable and I felt like the people want to see you succeed vs. catch you out.

The process started with a phone interview with HR and another Zoom interview with either a VP. I made it to the super day, it consisted of lunch with team members, a case study in which they presented me with a 6-page executive deck of the company, and I had to come up with diligence questions, then another round of creating a valuation for the company with comps, followed by a behavioral interview.
Interview Questions
The overall case study made you think in ways that unless you have previous experience, it may be more challenging.

Interview
Had a recruiter reach out to me about an open Associate role. Referred me to HW's internal recruiting team, who I had a 30-minute intro call with. From there, had a 1:1 interview with a Director of the group that I was applying to. I was then flown out for a Superday at their VA office (all expenses paid) where I met with a few additional people from the team, performed a case study, and had lunch with a few more members of the team. Overall, very quick process and extremely nice people.
