Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Superday: Included a corporate finance test, included building a set of financial statements from a scenario. Not too hard if you have majored in finance/accounting, but I can see it being fairly impossible if you have no knowledge in the subject. Then 6 one-on-one interviews with people who work at HLHZ and lunch with the analysts.
