Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process included a 30-minute first-round with Associate (both behavioral and technical), then AC consisting of two 30-minute interviews with MDs (one behavioral and one technical). All interviewers were very friendly and interviews were quite conversational. Standard IBD questions were asked in first round, AC was a bit more tailored to my experience but nothing too tricky. I was given an offer a week after the AC and accepted.
