I reached out to a VP who I had connected with during summer recruiting. After reviewing my resume he moved me to a first round interview with him and another VP on the team. Asked me questions on why this group, industry trends and deals I had listed on my resume. Final part was a paper LBO and then got an HR call the very next day to schedule a super day.
The superday consisted of five 30 min 1-1 interviews with 3 VPs, an Associate and an MD. Mostly conversations around trends in the industry, my deal experience and the firms strategy. After the interviews there was a 1-hour modelling test and that was the superday.

Interview
Interview process happened on campus. Networked with an analyst, got referral and then received first round interview. 20 minute interview with 2 analysts and 1 VP all from different groups. First asked me about myself, why I was interested in Jefferies, and then dug into my resume and some of the things that I did. Then went to a technical section where they asked very basic questions like $20 depreciation expense and stuff like that. Got update the next day over email. Nothing crazy, pretty easy IMO. Pretty much just a vibe check and competency check.

Interview
At target school for Jefferies. Jefferies came in the fall for an info session. Then they hosted coffee chats at the end of January. Then they came to campus to host in person interviews in Late February. The in person interview consisted of two 20 minute interviews (back to back). Each interview was with 1 MD and 1 Analyst/Associate. Mostly behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why banking, why jefferies, etc.). Lot of time spent within the tell me about yourself and follow up questions based on your experience. Few technicals in each interview room, such as "walk me through a DCF", what is WACC, what are pros and cons of the different valuation methods, which is more costly - debt or equity". Overall not an extremely difficult interview but heavy focus on behavioral answers. Upon making it through that round, emails were sent out later in the same day with invites to dinner. They bring 7-8 students to dinner and this is the final round. Of those 7-8 students, 4-5 receive offers the next day.

Months before I applied, I networked with multiple junior bankers and was invited to 1st round. The first round was technical heavy, with the typical finance technical questions and many O&G questions. This round is the competency check and to see if O&G is really something that interests you. The superday (4 back-to-back interviews) was almost all behavioral with a few accretion/dilution, and O&G questions, mainly looking for fit and vibes.
