Initiated conversation with a recruiter, was told to apply online. Had a first phone interview with HR then flew in for Superday. They had both summer interns and first year analysts interviewing that day. I was given a 'case' with a few questions to prepare ahead of time. I had 3 one-on-one interviews with management from various groups. One was very behavioral, one had brainteaser/technical questions. The case was more like a conversation
