1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First contacted by headhunter who had an initial interview for suitability. Submitted resume to headhunter who forwarded to representative at KKR. Was informed of first year interview which was one on one at a hotel in Calgary. Interview was based on past experience and knowledge of energy industry. Thought interview went well but was not given a second round interview.
