Interview
The first step of the process was an IQ test, similar to GMAT questions. When i passed, I was called to the first interview, which was easier and a lot about discussing cases and some technical questions. For the second interview, I had 1 hour to assemble a mini model of 4 companies, including multiples and key financial indicators. The second interview was difficult, with a lot of pressure.

The overall interview process was very laid back and informal. Interview
I had two conversations with members of a different coverage group. I spoke with one associate and one analyst. Our conversations were pretty focused on assessing my background and also whether or not I would be a good fit in the firm’s culture. I was asked to Walk them through an M&A deal from start to finish and identify some components of cogs. They were nice guys and it was an easy process, although I actually never applied for the position for which I was interviewing-I had applied for the Industrials team and learned during the interview that this was a healthcare role.
