Investment Banking Analyst

I had the opportunity to interview for a lateral Analyst position through an alumni referral. The whole session was about an hour and a half with the first hour. The first hour was with an Associate and a Director (the staffer), who was in for part of the time. The last half hour was one-on-one with another Associate. The first hour was mostly behavioral questions, questions about my deal experience and a few very specific technicals. The last half an hour was a paper case accretion/dilution case with a few other technicals.
