Final round at the Lazard Parisian office, 4 interviews, 3 with analysts and 1 with associates, between 30-45 minutes each.
1) Run me through your CV and how would yo fit in the boutique culture
2)3 statement model, simple version to build and discussion around the operation model of the case study
3) very hard and long brainteaser (10-15min prob). Explaining the different steps of a buy-side acquisition.
4) traditional DCF, walking through and explaining how higher/lower values would impact the final valuation. Finishing with comps - putting our valuation in context with multiples
