Research Analyst

I applied online, and within a week, I was contacted by an employee to scheduled a phone call. The phone interview consisted of interests, behavioral and fit based questions. I was then invited to the superday interviews with consisted of three separate back-to-back interviews. The interviews were split into technical, situational and behavioral questions. A stock pitch was also required, had prepared a week prior and studied the night before. They were more interested in my ability to learn and think like an investor than having memorized formulas like some banks do. I also got along very well with two of the three interviewers who I believe out-voted the third person who felt average about me. I heard back the next day and was given a week to accept the offer.
