Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty quick turnaround, phone screen first then Superday by Friday. Superday was 3 interviews with a couple senior associates and a Director. First round interview was pretty easy, basic M&I 400 questions over accounting (D&A increase, Company purchases factory with 50% debt, what happens to three statements). Superday was also pretty simple, one round was completely behavorial, then another technical screen (run me through a DCF, what is the value if you get 100 dollars at a 10% discount rate into perpetuity).
